Timing and shipping
After you order, we send you a design proof by email or WhatsApp. We make your backpack in about 3 days after you approve it, then ship it from Colombia with a tracking number.
Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes in your country, if any, are paid on delivery. See shipping and returns.
Payment
Pay at our secure checkout, in US dollars. The payment methods available to you are shown there. Prefer to order by message? We can take your order on WhatsApp.
Where we engrave it
Two places: the top of the front, and the front pocket. The pocket can match the backpack or be in another tone.

The backpack

The leather
Real leather, cut and stitched by hand in our workshop in Colombia. Choose tan, dark brown or black for the backpack, and a matching or contrasting tone for the front pocket.
The engraving
We laser engrave straight into the leather, so it won't peel or rub off. You approve a design proof before we engrave anything.
Looking after it
Wipe it with a dry or barely damp cloth, without soap or chemicals, and let it dry naturally away from direct heat. Every few months, feed the leather with our leather care grease.
Natural leather
Made to last, and to age well.
Every hide has its own grain, tones and small marks. They're part of real leather, not faults, and they make each backpack unique. With use, the leather darkens and softens into a patina that's yours alone. The preview is a guide: the real tone varies from piece to piece.
If your backpack arrives faulty, or isn't what we agreed in your proof, send us a photo and we'll repair it, remake it or refund you. See shipping and returns.

Questions, answered.
Can I engrave a name and a logo?
Yes. Add as many as you like, all included in the price. They can go on the top of the front or on the front pocket.
Will my laptop fit?
Yes, if its screen is 15 inches or smaller. The main compartment takes most 13", 14" and 15" laptops.
Can the pocket be a different colour?
Yes. Choose the tone of the backpack and the tone of the front pocket separately when you design it.
Will I see my design before you make it?
Yes. Before we engrave it, we send you a design proof by email or WhatsApp. We only start once you approve it.
How do I send my logo?
Pick "+ Image or logo" in the designer to see it on the backpack. After you add the backpack to your cart, send us the original file on WhatsApp or by email. Don't have one? Describe what you'd like and we can draw it for you.
Can I return a personalised backpack?
Because each backpack is made to order with your personalisation, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives faulty or isn't what we agreed in your proof, we'll put it right. See shipping and returns.
